If your access has previously been revoked, re-entry is not allowed without explicit written permission from Job Questify.

Providing your email address to Job Questify signifies your agreement for us to use it for Service-related communications. These may include important non-promotional updates, such as legal notices or essential service information, which may take the place of postal correspondence. We may also contact you with updates about our Services, including promotional opportunities, as permitted by local laws.

If you have opted in to receive job alerts or marketing emails, we will continue to send these until you opt out. You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time. However, please note that certain essential emails such as those related to security, legal updates, billing, or account usage cannot be opted out of without deactivating your account and ceasing to use our Services.

Conditions for Acceptable Use

  7. Represents content that you do not have the legal right to distribute, including sharing under restrictions established by contracts, fiduciary duties, or laws.

Involves false, misleading, or deceptive content with the intent to misinform or harm others.

User Interaction Risks and Liability Release

When using the Job Questify platform, you, the User, agree and acknowledge that Job Questify is not responsible for verifying the authenticity, identity, or qualifications of any User. This includes job seekers, employers, recruitment agencies, and hiring professionals. The platform does not verify the details or trustworthiness of any other User. Consequently, it is up to you to perform the necessary due diligence before engaging with anyone on the platform.

You are fully responsible for the risks associated with interactions with other Users. If any issues, disputes, or disagreements arise from such interactions, it is your obligation to manage and resolve these concerns independently.

By accepting these terms, you agree to hold Job Questify and its affiliates—along with any associated staff members, including employees, agents, and directors—harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages. This includes both direct and indirect damage, as well as any known or unknown issues, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

User Content Sharing and Legal Action

Job Questify holds the authority to share User Content and relevant personal details with third parties under certain conditions. Such sharing may be undertaken for purposes related to Service administration, fulfilling contractual responsibilities, or satisfying legal demands.

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and consent that your identity may be disclosed to third parties asserting that the content you have provided or uploaded is illegal, fraudulent, harmful to others, or violates any applicable intellectual property rights or privacy concerns.

Limitation of Responsibility and External Websites

Job Questify, its affiliates, and any referenced third-party websites cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for any damage to users or any associated losses. This includes damages such as indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, lost profits, or any interruption or inability to use the Website. This disclaimer extends to all forms of legal claims, including breaches of contract, torts, warranties, or others, even if Job Questify was made aware of the possibility of these damages.
